Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect color or item
  • Product with manufacturing issue

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging
  • Not damaged by customer use
  • Returned with all accessories, tags, or packing items if included

Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Clear pictures or video of the product
  • Reason for exchange

Review Process

Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review the product pictures, issue, and order details.

If your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to customer use
  • Product used after delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color difference due to lighting or screen settings
  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Exchange request made after the allowed time period

Shipping Charges for Exchange

If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong due to our mistake, Anmol Leather will support you with the exchange process.

If the exchange is requested due to customer error, incorrect order details, or personal preference, delivery charges may apply.

Refund Policy

At Anmol Leather, we mainly offer exchange instead of refund.

Refunds may only be considered in special cases, such as:

  • Product is unavailable for exchange
  • Wrong item delivered and replacement is not available
  • Damaged item received and replacement is not available
